This extremely high profile site fronts onto the Trowbridge ring road. It has been acquired by Parkridge Holdings, which has a vision to redevelop the former premises of Peter Black Industries to create a landmark mixed use development overlooking the River Biss.

Outline planning consent has been granted for a Waitrose supermarket, a mix of one and two bedroom apartments with ground floor restaurants and a 60-bed hotel.

A riverside walkway has also been agreed in keeping with the emerging plans for the River Biss. This will help connect the development with the town centre and the neighbouring Waterside development.
